In short
This page explains which cookies and browser storage items we use on negzel.net, what we use them for and how you can change your choice.
- When you open a page, only the items the site needs to work are stored on your device.
- We use analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent; you decide on each category separately, and a tool you have not agreed to is not loaded.
- The tools switched on today are listed in the tables below.
- Maps and videos load only when you click them.
- The security check on the Contact page is done by Cloudflare Turnstile; the box loads only on that page, once the form comes into view.
- We serve our fonts from our own server, so opening a page does not connect you to an outside font service.

Maps and videos
The office maps on the contact page come from Google Maps, and videos in some articles come from YouTube or Vimeo. We do not load them when the page opens; until you open the map or press play, your browser sends no request to these companies.
When you do, your browser connects directly to that company's servers. Your IP address, technical details about your browser and the address of the page you are on are sent to it, and the company may use cookies or browser storage under its own policy.
- Google Maps: if you are signed in to Google in your browser, Google may use its own cookies.
- YouTube: we open videos in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); the player may leave technical items in browser storage so the video can play.
- Vimeo: we open videos with the "do not track" setting; Vimeo's security layer may set its own cookies.

Legal basis
- Essential cookies and functional storage: Article 5(2)(f) of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. We use them to run the site, to remember a choice you made and to protect the contact form from automated submissions.
- Analytics and marketing cookies: Article 5(1) of the KVKK, your explicit consent. You consent to each category separately; without your consent that category's cookies do not run, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Maps and videos: your request and our legitimate interest, Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK; they load only when you open them.

Transfers abroad
If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, the measurement data is processed on servers outside Türkiye that belong to the provider of the tool we use (for example Google or LinkedIn).
The security check on the Contact page runs on Cloudflare's servers abroad; the Privacy Notice explains which data is processed.
We make these transfers in line with Article 9 of the KVKK: we sign with the provider the standard contract announced by the Personal Data Protection Board and notify the Personal Data Protection Authority within five business days of signing.
When you open a map or a video, your browser itself connects to the servers of Google, YouTube or Vimeo outside Türkiye; you start that connection, and the company processes your data under its own policy.

How to change your choice
While analytics or marketing tools are switched on, there is a "Cookie preferences" link at the very bottom of the page. Use it to reopen the box and turn each category on or off separately.
When you withdraw consent, we delete that category's cookies set on our own domain from your browser and reload the page. Cookies the providers set on their own domains can be deleted in your browser settings.
We remember your decision for 180 days. When that period ends, or when the cookies we use change, we ask you again.

Browser settings
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. The browser's "clear site data" option removes local storage items as well. If you block all cookies the site still opens; only your language choice will not be remembered.

Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you can apply to us to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,

- have it corrected if it is incomplete or wrong,
- have it deleted or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- have corrections and deletions notified to those it was transferred to,
- object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully.
