Our Expertise
We go deep in SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite integration, end-to-end EDI, and logistics and finance processes. We work in the model that suits you, from a single expert to a mixed team and from project delivery to AMS.
Processes we know in depth
EDI, logistics and finance: three links in one chain
A customer order arrives by EDI and becomes a sales order in SAP SD, a shipment in the warehouse, a receivable on the invoice and a payment at the bank. We treat these three areas not as separate jobs but as links in the same document chain. Underneath them all runs the integration layer that connects SAP to trading partners, banks and e-document providers.
Trading partner integration
End-to-end EDI
Orders, despatch advices and invoices are exchanged with customers and suppliers in a standard agreed in advance, without manual data entry. A failed message shows up on one monitoring screen, where it is corrected and reprocessed.

Topics we know in depth
- Document standard and transport: UN/EDIFACT, ASC X12, VDA and Odette messages over AS2, OFTP2 and SFTP.
- Middleware: the B2B add-on in SAP PI/PO, Integration Advisor and Trading Partner Management in SAP Integration Suite.
- Mapping, testing and monitoring to each trading partner's specification, and reprocessing of failed messages.
From procurement to shipping
Logistics processes
From goods receipt to shipment, stock, documents and vehicles have to follow the same sequence. The e-Dispatch Note (e-İrsaliye) goes to GİB before the goods actually leave, so the truck stays at the gate until it has been sent.

Topics we know in depth
- Three-way match in SAP MM: the invoice price and quantity are checked against the purchase order and the goods receipt.
- The first decision in SAP EWM: embedded or decentralized, a Basic or an Advanced deployment.
- Moving transport from LE-TRA to SAP TM; on-premise, the shipment document can be used until the end of 2030.
- Loading, customs clearance, cost allocation and the export completion date in imports and exports.
From invoice to close
Finance processes
Every financial event from sales and purchasing becomes a journal entry. Customer credit risk, cash at the bank, product cost and the period-end books all rest on these records; in S/4HANA the actual line items of FI and CO meet in the Universal Journal.

Topics we know in depth
- In SAP FI: the Turkish chart of accounts (TDHP), VUK and TFRS ledgers and the e-Ledger setup.
- In SAP CO: cost centres, product costing and the month-end close of 7/A or 7/B expense accounts.
- In SAP FSCM: bank account master data, cash position, liquidity forecasts and customer credit limits.
The layer under the chain
Integration: SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite and the move between them
EDI messages, bank files, carrier services and e-document providers reach SAP through this layer. Whether flows from order to invoice and from the bank to the trading partner run on time and traceably depends on it.
We have carried out the move from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite many times at large enterprises, from the assessment through to go-live.

|---|---|---|
| Design | Interface design and mapping in the ESR, ICO configuration; IDoc, RFC and ABAP proxy connections. | iFlow design in SAP CPI (new name: SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration); choosing an API, event or flow style for each interface. |
| Connections and prebuilt content | PGP-secured SFTP and REST APIs for banks, carrier services, e-document providers; AS2 and EDI with the B2B add-on. | Configuring prebuilt integration packages without modifying them, and moving custom logic into a separate flow. |
| Operations and placement | Operations: message monitoring, alerting and archiving; fixing issues such as a stuck EOIO queue or missing IDoc acknowledgements. | The Edge Integration Cell decision for flows that must not leave the company network. |
Moving from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite
In a migration, each interface needs a decision first: move it with the tool, redesign it, or retire it?

Maintenance for SAP PI and SAP PO 7.5 follows SAP NetWeaver 7.5. Mainstream maintenance ends at the end of 2027; extended maintenance to the end of 2030 comes at the same price and terms as SAP Business Suite 7.
OVERVIEW
Scope and approach
SAP processes do not start and end at module boundaries. A sales decision reaches into stock, production, shipping, invoicing and finance postings. That is why we look at expertise within the end-to-end business flow, not as a single configuration area.
Our functional consultants work towards the same solution goal as our development, system administration and integration specialists, so the technical and operational impact of functional decisions shows up early.
Depending on the need, we set up a project, an improvement, a review, a temporary specialist or an AMS model. So that knowledge does not stay with one person, we hand design decisions, test evidence and operating knowledge over to your team.
FOCUS
What do we solve?
Module silos
We handle the chain from order to cash in one design, together with the sales, warehouse, integration and finance teams.
Specialist dependency
We reduce reliance on a single person through standard documentation, pairing and knowledge transfer.
Technical and functional disconnect
We bring ABAP, BTP, Fiori, BASIS and integration decisions into process design early.
MODELS
Engagement models
Single expert
One consultant on a defined module or topic; responsibility and the expected output are written down at the start.
Mixed team
Functional consultants, developers and integration specialists in one team, shaped by the areas the process touches.
Project delivery
An SAP project whose scope, risk, quality, budget and schedule run through one management layer.
Project Management ServicesImprovement
A scoped piece of work that fixes one live process, such as simplifying a pricing procedure that has grown over the years.
Quality review
A check that naming, architecture, performance and test standards are actually applied in the project.
AMS
Support for live systems with clear SLAs, priorities and escalation, using root-cause analysis to cut repeat incidents.

METHOD
How we work
- 01
Define the need
We pin down the business outcome, the process boundary, critical dependencies and the measure of success.
- 02
Build the team
We combine functional, technical and industry skills in one team, as the need requires.
- 03
Build together
We move design, prototyping, configuration and testing forward with the business unit, in plain sight.
- 04
Hand over knowledge
We leave lasting capability behind through documentation, training, pairing and a support model.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
Can we work with a single expert for a short period?
Yes. Depending on scope, we can set up a single expert, a mixed team, project delivery, a quality review or an AMS model. What matters is agreeing responsibility and the expected output at the start.
How do we decide which engagement model fits?
While defining the need, we pin down the business outcome, the process boundary and the critical dependencies together. A single, well-defined topic usually suits one expert; work that touches several modules and integrations suits a mixed team; work whose scope and schedule must be managed suits project delivery; and the day-to-day running of a live system suits AMS.
Do existing integrations stop during the move from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite?
The move is planned with both platforms running side by side for a while: with Integration Gateway enabled, SAP PO 7.5 can also run flows designed in SAP Integration Suite. We move interfaces in waves, test each flow with the same test messages as the SAP PO scenario, and switch off the old scenario only once the results match.
Why are EDI, logistics and finance handled together?
Because they are parts of the same document chain. An order received by EDI becomes a sales order in SAP SD; the e-Dispatch Note is created at goods issue, while the e-Invoice and the EDI invoice (INVOIC) come from the billing document; the invoice becomes a receivable in SAP FI, and the bank transaction clears it on collection. A decision in one link affects the others.
How is industry experience used in choosing experts?
Beyond module knowledge, we look at process volume, regulation, the type of operation and the industry's critical scenarios; the team is built around the problem, not just around certifications.
