  2. Process analysis through live support, under one roof
  3. Faster go-lives built on proven industry processes
  4. Current expertise in SAP S/4HANA and cloud migrations

By architecture

One digital core, a business connected end to end

SAP builds a layered architecture that brings finance, logistics, HR and the other business areas onto one data model: the S/4HANA digital core in the middle, cloud line-of-business solutions around it, and SAP Business Technology Platform and the HANA database beneath.

By function

Our Consulting Areas

Module-based, end-to-end SAP consulting delivered by certified consultants.

Finance and Human Resources

Accounting, costing, payroll and talent

Logistics and Manufacturing

From purchasing to shipping, from planning to maintenance and projects

Projects and engineering

Project budgets, networks and costs, and the characteristics and rules of configurable products, are managed in these two modules.

Technology

Platform, development, integration and data

Integration

Flows between SAP and non-SAP systems run on SAP PI/PO on premise or on SAP Integration Suite in the cloud; the move from PI/PO to Integration Suite is part of both modules' scope.

Data and control

Operational reports run inside S/4HANA, enterprise reporting and planning in the data layer; master data is approved in SAP MDG before it is created, and access rights and segregation of duties are managed with SAP GRC.

By industry

Key modules in your industry

We build the different speed, security, traceability and regulatory needs of retail, manufacturing and the defence industry directly into SAP process design.

RETAIL

SAP S/4HANA Retail: articles, stores and assortments

SAP S/4HANA Retail for merchandise management adds retail's own objects to standard SAP S/4HANA. The article takes the place of the material. Generic and structured articles, site master data for stores and distribution centres, the assortments and listings that decide what each store sells, sales price calculation, promotions and allocation tables all live in this layer. Most of these functions are switched on through a single business function, ISR_RETAILSYSTEM, and since release 1610 sites have been tied to the business partner model.

For a company coming from IS-Retail on ECC, the real work is an inventory of what no longer exists. Classic store replenishment (WRP1) is gone in S/4HANA, while rapid replenishment (WRP1R) has been enhanced and moved into the perpetual scope. Sales forecasting, markdown plans, bonus buys and sending data to POS with WP_PLU are listed under the compatibility scope. In on-premise S/4HANA the right to use them ended on 31 May 2026; in systems run under a RISE with SAP or SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition (new name: SAP Cloud ERP Private) subscription it lasts until 31 December 2033. For retail forecasting, SAP points to Unified Demand Forecast in SAP Customer Activity Repository as the strategic solution.

In Türkiye the design also has a fiscal-document side. Store sales go through new-generation cash registers (YN ÖKC), while online and invoiced sales go through e-Arşiv or e-Fatura. The return of POS data into S/4HANA (POS inbound, monitored with WPER) and the e-document flow belong in one design. Store leases, with SAP RE-FX and TFRS 16, Türkiye's version of IFRS 16, can be part of the same project.

  • Articles are maintained with MM41, MM42 and MM43; on current releases, sites are maintained in the Fiori app F0335A.
  • Assortments and listing: WSOA1, WSOA2 and WSP4. Sales price calculation: VKP5 and VKP1.
  • Fiori apps for store teams include Order Products (F0752), Receive Products (F1248), Count Stock (F1512) and Transfer Stock (F0753).

METHOD

How we work

  1. 01

    Listen to the industry

We draw out critical processes, exceptions, regulations and operating pace from the process owners.

  2. 02

    Design the scenario

We tie module, data, integration and control decisions to the end-to-end business scenario.

  3. 03

    Validate in the field

We run prototypes and tests with real users, volumes and exception conditions.

  4. 04

    Scale

We roll out in waves of stores, plants, companies or projects while keeping the standards.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Which SAP modules do you provide consulting for?

In finance: SAP FI, CO, FSCM, TRM, Group Reporting, Central Finance, RE-FX and Concur; in human resources: SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and Fieldglass; in logistics and manufacturing: SAP SCM (the supply chain family), MM, SD, aATP, EWM, TM, Ariba, Sales and Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Retail, S/4HANA for Fashion (FMS), PP, PP/DS, Digital Manufacturing, QM, PM, IBP, EHS, PS and VC; in technology: SAP BTP, Integration Suite and SAP CPI (Cloud Integration), PI/PO, ABAP, BASIS, Fiori, data and analytics, MDG and GRC.

How is industry consulting different from module consulting?

Module knowledge defines the tool for the solution; industry knowledge defines the right problem and the critical exceptions. Using both together, we avoid designs that are right in theory but do not work in the field.

Which topics stand out in defence industry projects?

Security, segregation of roles, project-based costing and procurement, quality records, serial and batch traceability, document control and auditable integrations come first.

Can several plants or stores be run on the same model?

Shared core process and data standards are kept, while mandatory local differences can be handled through controlled variants. Pilot results are carried into the rollout playbook.
